Exploring How Plants Heal is a series of four workshops all about the magic and sustenance of the plant world. We will begin with simple ways plants arrive in our lives and how we can foster relationships with them, to the more mundane and mindful practices that plants can inform in our daily lives. This workshop is for anyone who has dreamt of a plant, been haunted by a garden or grove in the forest, or used an herbal remedy. If you have any inkling of curiosity about the magic of plants this is a great place to start.

They teach us to slow down and accept where we are in this moment. This magic of noticing is what brings us into the present. In a world full of screens, inboxes and to do lists slowing down and giving ourselves some space to breathe is vital to our success as humans.
