This workshop is an introduction to self-care. Self-care is the tender care of our deepest selves. We will learn why it is vital to our success as empathetic humans.
In the whirlwind of the end of the year it is even more relevant that we hold our center, this workshop will provide inspiration for you to nourish yourself by listening to your intuition, yes you are an intuitive being, and creating space in your life for you!
We will go over basic concepts of self-care including but not limited to, plant ally support, physical movement as care, and mindfulness as stress relief. We will brainstorm what self care is for us individually and how we can implement and sustain our own self-care practice and rituals.
