Dancing in the kitchen,

Stretching on the floor while i binge watch bbc crime dramas.

My morning walk.

A yin yoga class would be nice.

Tennis lessons.

Walking to the post office.

Dancing in between client calls.

Gardening. But it’s winter right now.

Working out.

Mobility exercises.

Walking to the chiropractor.

Feet up the wall.
